To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable, at any time, for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of or inability to use the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The app is provided “as is” and “as available.”

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.

6. Termination

The developer may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the app or its users. The provisions regarding indemnification and limitation of liability shall survive termination.

7. Changes to Terms

The developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The provisions regarding indemnification and limitation of liability shall apply in perpetuity, regardless of any changes to these Terms.
